Its official corporate site says the Barranquilla company has operated since 1996 across dredging, hydraulic and marine works, bathymetric and topographic surveys, quay construction and repair, outfalls, marine plant and transport. The legal 20% share does not prove that Panamerican self-performed 20% of this contract or operated the named dredgers.
