Port Autonome de Cotonou is Benin's majority-public port company and the authority for the Port of Cotonou. It maintains and operates common port installations, manages the port estate, commissions improvements and extensions, and authorizes operators. On Terminal 5 it is the client and infrastructure owner; CHEC holds the construction and design package, Inros Lackner continues as owner representative, and Concrete Layer Innovations supports the ACCROPODE II armour system.
