The Port of Edmonds is a Washington public port district governed by five elected commissioners. Its marina provides the only public boating access on the 30-mile shoreline between Seattle's Shilshole Bay and the Port of Everett. The owner reports 663 wet slips, 222 dry-storage spaces, a 2,400-foot breakwater and a maintained depth of minus 13 feet. Marina operations, waterfront public access, commercial property and environmental stewardship sit alongside a 2026-2045 capital programme. For North Portwalk Phase II, the Port authorized Contract 2026-577 with TRICO Companies LLC for marina electrification and site preparation; the principal seawall and Portwalk reconstruction remains a separate Phase III programme.
