PMD AssetCo holds the project-company role under a 25-year concession with the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority. The planned yard combines a floating dry dock, jetty, rock dredging, reclaimed working land and vessel-repair facilities. PIDG joined the capital stack in June 2026, but the reviewed public record does not confirm financial close or construction start.
