Role in marine infrastructure

PUB runs Singapore's national water system, from water supply and reclamation to drainage and flood resilience. For DTSS2 and Tuas Water Reclamation Plant, it is the owner and procuring authority and will accept and operate the connected system. McConnell Dowell delivered Contract 1A, which includes the nearshore outfall; Jacobs provides programme management and engineering advice.
