Budimex is a Polish general contractor working across road, bridge, rail, airport, energy, industrial and hydrotechnical infrastructure. Its current marine portfolio includes the completed Baltic Hub T3 terminal within a Budimex-DEME consortium and leadership of the Gdynia Outer Port protective-breakwater consortium. At Gdynia, Budimex holds 50%, while Roverpol and Rover Maritime each hold 25%; the public record does not identify the specialist subcontract chain below those partners.
