Profile summary

GS Inima develops, builds and operates desalination infrastructure through long-term water concessions, EPC contracts and operating assignments. At Ghubrah III it leads the project-company consortium with Aljomaih Energy and Water and Sogex Oman and holds the EPC role under Capital Desalination Company's water-purchase agreement with Nama PWP. In Algarve it is one member of ACE Água para o Algarve with Aquapor and Luságua, which holds the design-build and three-year operating contract from Águas do Algarve. Those roles do not transfer Nama PWP's or Águas do Algarve's owner and acceptance duties, or the separately named Ghubrah marine-design assignments, to GS Inima.

Source basis

GS Inima's project and agreement pages identify the company as Ghubrah III consortium lead and EPC contractor. Capital Desalination Company remains the project vehicle and Nama PWP remains the water buyer and commercial-acceptance boundary. PROES publishes the offshore intake and discharge geometry, while Savener publishes the intake-building IFC assignment; neither role should be reassigned to GS Inima without a later contract record. The four-million-hour safety milestone confirms a large active site but not installed offshore quantities, first water or accepted operation. In Algarve, the owner names GS Inima as one of three ACE members, not the sole contractor or owner.
