Marsa Maroc's January and July 2026 releases identify its controlling WMCT interest, the East terminal's project-finance package, and Q4 2026 commissioning target. The October 2025 agreement places the West terminal in a separate 51/49 vehicle with CMA Terminals and a progressive 2027 service path. The April 2025 release attributes the 20-year towing licence to the Boluda Towage France-Marsa Maroc consortium from Q4 2026. Marsa Maroc's 2025 annual report records East and West concessions and notes that they had not produced operating effects that year. Terminal investment and operating preparation are attributed to Marsa Maroc. The company profile does not prove that Nador West Med is open or that port-authority safety and navigation acceptance is complete.
