Océlian is VINCI Construction's French specialist for marine, river, port and underwater works. The company states that it operates a national agency network, including its Corse-Méditerranée agency in Marseille, and maintains its own floating plant for piling, drilling, dredging, structural strengthening, geotechnics, survey and marine civil work. At Port Seine-Metropole Ouest, TED records Océlian as the EUR 34.317 million Lot 1 winner and HAROPA identifies it as group lead for basin earthworks, river works and port structures. At Frioul, Océlian Corse Méditerranée is the mandataire and one of five co-awardees for the East-breakwater rehabilitation and rock-spur contract. At Port de l'Ayguade du Levant, Océlian and TP Spada are the two legal winners of the EUR 2.104 million Ro-Ro quay contract, while their internal workshare remains unpublished.
