Role in marine infrastructure
IDCO is Odisha's statutory industrial infrastructure corporation. It develops industrial estates and supplies core infrastructure including water, drainage and power. At Gopalpur it is preparing a proposed 100 MLD seawater desalination PPP; at Paradip, DCI has moved a 685-acre dredging and reclamation tender into technical opening on IDCO's industrial-estate programme.
