Role in marine infrastructure

PSA International is the Singapore-headquartered holding company for a global portfolio of port, terminal, marine-services, supply-chain and trade-technology businesses. Its 2025 annual report records 105 million TEU handled across 78 terminals and 185 locations in 45 countries: PSA Singapore contributed 44.5 million TEU and terminals outside Singapore 60.4 million TEU. The marine footprint extends beyond container handling through PSA Marine's pilotage, towage and offshore-wind crew-transfer services. At Tuas, PSA develops terminal infrastructure and operates capacity on land and wharf fronts handed over by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore; it is not the Phase 2 reclamation contractor. At Baltic Hub T3, the group is represented through a 40% shareholding in the terminal company, while the named Budimex-DEME consortium delivered the marine and civil works.
