Ocean City's current contract quantity begins at an offshore borrow site, while its separate 2022-23 placed quantity and stockpile are historical results. Ebeye's armourstone begins at a Ras Al Khaimah quarry and crosses an ocean before barge transfer. In both projects, material produced, shipped, landed or pumped remains different from surveyed, compliant and owner-accepted protection geometry.
West Point has project finance, met-ocean work, an approved ESIA and a March 2026 environmental permit, but the reviewed public record does not identify a works contractor or notice to proceed. Procurement and mobilisation are now the material events; another statement that the project exists would not change its status.
Genoa and Vadhvan both contain major breakwater and seabed interfaces, yet their evidence states differ sharply. Genoa has installed caissons and active foundation work; Vadhvan has an awarded nearshore package while the offshore breakwater and dredging-reclamation packages remain separate procurement questions.
Gorée's extension request ties delay and cost pressure to sea conditions, supply constraints, inflation and heritage-specific design adjustments. Ebeye adds long-haul rock logistics and transfer conditions, while Ocean City works inside a compressed seasonal beach and environmental window. Published end dates therefore need method-specific evidence.
A nourishment contract closes through placed volume and surveyed berm geometry; revetments require toe, filter and armour acceptance; caisson breakwaters require foundation, continuity and navigation interfaces; reclamation requires settlement, perimeter protection and hydrographic proof. One generic percentage-complete field cannot safely compare the set.

The approximately 200-hectare nearshore reclamation and shore-protection EPC package is awarded; as of 15 July 2026, the owner tender page lists the offshore dredging, reclamation and protection-bund HAM package closing on 17 July and the Daman marine-sand investigation closing on 15 July, while no award or AOC is published for either package or for the 10.14-kilometre offshore breakwater

The July edition follows six public IMWO records with identifiable coastal protection scope and current delivery evidence at the 16 July 2026 cutoff. Qualification depends on a named package, a physical shoreline, breakwater, nourishment, revetment, dike, wall, reclamation or marine-material interface, and structured support from an accountable source. One project contributes one latest evidenced phase. The WACA ResIP 1 regional programme is excluded from the denominator because the included Gorée project is one of its country work fronts; counting both would duplicate the same physical package. Vadhvan is included as a bounded port-coastal interface and remains at tender because its nearshore shore-protection package is awarded while the defining offshore breakwater and dredging-reclamation packages remain without official award evidence in the reviewed record. Ocean City's formal programme baseline, completed 2022-23 cycle and active 2026 contract are retained as separate dated layers so historical placed quantities cannot enter the current production ledger.
