ACWA Power develops, invests in and operates desalination, power and green-hydrogen assets under long-term offtake and public-private partnership structures. Its current corporate portfolio comprises 111 assets in 16 countries, US$125.0 billion of assets under management, 98.0 GW of power capacity and 9.7 million cubic metres per day of desalinated-water capacity. The wholly owned ACWA Operations platform provides design review, mobilisation, commissioning, long-term operation and performance optimisation; it currently operates 45 GW and 8 million cubic metres per day across more than 14 countries. Marine exposure arises through seawater intake, outfall, brine dispersion, seabed trenching, offshore pipelines, coastal landfalls and export-jetty interfaces. ACWA's sponsor or shareholder role does not establish the EPC contractor, marine workshare, construction status, acceptance or commercial-operation date without project-specific evidence.
