The disclosed test power use was 2.712 kWh/m3, or 2.659 kWh/m3 after photovoltaic generation. Modern Marine's project record identifies a 1,500,000 m3/day seawater intake and a 900,000 m3/day outfall, making the marine system a defined part of the delivery chain rather than an assumed coastal interface.

SEPCOIII's dated notice controls the EPC performance-test milestone and the reported power-use figures. SWPC records the preferred-bidder stage, storage scope and later construction classification.
