They cover desalination, wastewater discharge and coastal power interfaces from planning, prequalification and tendering through financing, award, construction, commissioning and completed-reference stages.

Twenty records identify a project-specific marine construction, operating or definition-stage interface. Sizewell C has reached marine execution with three bored routes and separate CDO and desalination pipe-pull notices. Fujairah I has a signed EPC and defined intake-outfall scope but no published notice to proceed. Rabigh 4 has project-specific flows plus a dated performance test; Taweelah RO supplies an operating reference with bid-stage layouts and Hawar publishes three separate EPC tenders. Rosarito's invitation is less explicit about its coastal allocation, while Gopalpur and Saudi Arabia's five-IWP programme remain upstream of final marine-package definition. Taweelah C is the single Reported watch because no controlled source defines its physical seawater route.
Kinoya will upgrade treatment while reusing an existing approximately 2.4 km outfall; South Tarawa is a completed three-outfall reference with mixed later outcome evidence; Tuas has a substantially completed new outfall inside a wider uncommissioned system. Honiara adds a fourth state: two old outfalls are rehabilitated and 3.2 km of landward sewer is built, but the new marine tender remains unpublished and the owner plan still carries a different outfall basis from the 2023 EIA. The open package cannot be inferred from an outfall label alone.
SADDN's first water proves that its connected route carried water during progressive validation; it does not establish accepted 840 l/s service or BOOT service commencement. Hassyan's first 60 MIGD block is a partial release. Rabigh 4 has passed its full-capacity EPC performance test, but owner commercial operation, final intake-outfall handover and sustained environmental results remain open. Mamelles has the opposite evidence gap: physical intake tunnelling is on record, but the discharge, wet-testing and owner-acceptance chain remains open.
Sizewell C combines sequential boring and lining with approximately 500-metre floating pipes, jack-up-assisted pull-in, four-point mooring and diving. Alkimos uses long subsea tunnel drives, piled offshore intake structures, vertical risers and a diffuser installed from marine plant. Codelco combines an offshore tower, submarine pipes, a blasted seabed trench and a coastal sump. Mamelles records a 340 m intake microtunnel, while its older JICA basis separately carried twin intake lines and a 500 m brine return whose final construction state remains unpublished. Algarve adds two intake towers about 2 km offshore, twin intake conduits and a 2.13 km brine return. Capacity figures alone do not reveal this delivery demand.
Gopalpur is an advisory and scheme-definition opportunity; the Saudi five-IWP programme is a developer-qualification gate; Aqaba-Amman remains gated by financial close and notice to proceed. Hawar has reached bid opening across three linked EPC packages, but its bidder tables do not establish an award. Fujairah I has crossed into EPC award, so remaining specialist opportunity depends on consortium procurement. Rosarito is at invitation stage, with proposals planned for 21 July and a ruling planned for 24 July; neither date is an award. Sizewell C, Casablanca, Mamelles, Alkimos, Ras Mohaisen and Algarve concentrate value in specialist construction, while Codelco, Hassyan, Rabigh 4 and Tuas shift attention toward integration, testing, acceptance and lifecycle performance.
