EtihadWE's development and investment arm signed the AED 1.046 billion EPC agreement for Fujairah I with NMDC Infra and Lantania Aguas on 7 May 2026. The 60 MIGD plant at the Port of Fujairah includes a submarine intake tower, two GRP intake pipelines, intake pumps and a GRP marine outfall sized for the full seawater abstraction volume. The award defines a substantial marine package; a notice to proceed, offshore mobilisation and installed quantities are not published.
