Port de Plaisance du Grand Large marine works
Société Publique de l'Agglomération Dunkerquoise awarded three Port de Plaisance du Grand Large packages. Eiffage Travaux Maritimes et Fluviaux won Lot 1 marine civil works at EUR 3,739,243; Atlantic Marine won Lot 2 floating pontoons at EUR 2,083,000; and the Lot 3 winning tender, named as Ramery Travaux Publics in consortium with Montanier, was EUR 2,777,007. Those legal awards define the package map and 24-month planned periods, but they do not prove field mobilisation, identify Lot 3's declared lower-tier subcontractors or explain the difference between the three tender values and the notice-level total.
