Normandy ports maintenance dredging framework 2026-2029
Ports de Normandie coordinated a joint procurement with the Syndicat Mixte des Ports de la Seine-Maritime for maintenance dredging across Caen-Ouistreham, Cherbourg, Dieppe, Le Treport, Fecamp, Saint-Valery-en-Caux and Le Havre's fishing port. The result separates trailing-suction hopper dredging, grab or pontoon dredging, stationary suction and five marine-levelling packages among four award chains. Each authority places and executes its own call-off orders, so the framework award is not evidence that every quantity band has been ordered or dredged.

- Lot 1 sets trailing-suction hopper bands of 265,000-730,000 m3 for Ports de Normandie and 35,000-100,000 m3 for the Seine-Maritime ports. Lot 2 sets grab or pontoon-with-barge maxima of 20,000 m3 and 30,000 m3 respectively. Lot 3 allows up to 35,000 m3 of stationary-suction dredging. Lot 4 provides 100-350 marine-leveller hours at Caen-Ouistreham and Cherbourg. Lots 5-8 set marine-levelling bands of 90,000-250,000 m3 at Dieppe, 7,000-20,000 m3 at Le Treport, 0-15,000 m3 at Fecamp and 0-5,000 m3 at Le Havre-Peche.

Survey definitions, sediment classification, disposal or beneficial-use routes, plant assignment, production records and post-work bathymetry remain port- and order-specific acceptance evidence.
