The federal ledger names Callan Marine and reports USD 109.240 million in current obligations, while an amended navigation notice traces the field sequence from General Marshall and General Bradley to General MacArthur with pipeline routed to confined Placement Area 5B.

Rayman Builders signed the USD 1.071 million Libertad Outfall dredging contract on 6 October 2023. The Philippines Commission on Audit identifies the same package as DPWH contract 22Z00033, records a PHP 60.833 million contract cost and lists PHP 60.665 million in construction in progress at 31 December 2024. A November-December 2025 World Bank mission reports that all eight DPWH dredging contracts were completed. That supports completed contract status for the group that includes Libertad, but it does not publish this package's measured volume, sediment destination, as-built geometry, hydraulic clearance or DPWH acceptance.

USACE's 11 August completion account resolves the most important delivery-chain question at Lock and Dam 9. G&G Steel fabricated the four replacement miter-gate leaves in Alabama over about two years, but it did not perform the reported field installation. St. Paul and Rock Island District maintenance and repair crews completed that work over four July closure days with Rock Island's 500-ton heavy-lift crane The Quad Cities.

Los Angeles RAMP displays the USD 27,414,900 opportunity amount on 13 award-participant rows, but the Port of Los Angeles contractor attachment resolves the structure: Manson is the prime and 12 named subcontractors carry bid-stage packages totaling USD 3,331,945, or 12.15% of the bid. Johnson-Peltier's USD 1,530,000 electrical package is the largest lower-tier line. Bristol Harbour Authority later scheduled Baltic Wharf dredging in late July and again from 10 to 17 August, with a floating pipeline and Bullo call sign.
