Höfn Grynnslin 2025 maintenance dredging
Hornafjarðarhöfn procured a weather-window maintenance-dredging campaign across Grynnslin, the ebb shoal outside Höfn's tidal harbour entrance. Official records show Jan De Nul selected after three technically scored bids and a 20 August 2024 contract conclusion. Jan De Nul then deployed trailing suction hopper dredger Tristão da Cunha in January and February 2025 and says the campaign kept the fishing port accessible.
