Works package
The technical project covers structural regeneration of an approximately mid-1950s reinforced-concrete piled fishing quay rather than an extension or alignment change. The quay comprises three independent roughly 60-to-70-metre sections with a reticular deck, braced piers and cast-in-place piles. Repair scope includes piles, piers, central and edge longitudinal beams, transverse beams, slabs and lower bracing beams; removal, repair or replacement, blasting, galvanizing and reinstatement of metal fender or closure panels; replacement reinforcement where section loss exceeds 20%; additional bottom reinforcement; passivation; chloride-resistant R3 or R4 repair mortar; corrosion inhibitor above approximately +3.50; and anti-carbonation and anti-chloride protection. The project restores the original fishing-quay section and does not establish an upgrade for a new heavy mobile-crane load.
Marine interfaces
The work is planned in three structural phases to retain fishing-quay operability. The proposed sequence removes metal fender panels, installs two-level access platforms at approximately +3.50 and +1.00, props alternate bays and repairs structural elements in a controlled order. This creates interfaces among harbour operations, temporary works, splash-zone access, chloride-contaminated concrete removal, reinforcement replacement, curing, metal-panel reinstatement and marine safety. The design sequence is not evidence that the UTE has mobilised plant or labour.
Commercial evidence boundary
EUR 2,486,545.15 is the signed excluding-VAT price, EUR 522,174.48 is VAT and EUR 3,008,719.63 is the including-VAT total; none is a certified final account. The older technical project memorandum said no price review, while the later signed contract applies price-review formula 362 for piled quays. The signed contract controls that commercial term. No monthly work certification has been published, so executed value and payment progress remain unverified.
