Dean Marine and Excavating received a USD 14.9 million contract covering 425 feet of East Arrowhead and 307 feet of Outer West. USACE planned a summer 2026 start, but the award does not establish mobilisation or production.
Read controlling sourceUSACE recorded the start of the USD 9.1 million Great Lakes Dock and Materials package after completing the separate 2,700-foot West Arrowhead repair. The current programme should not merge those two work limits.
Read controlling sourceThe USD 9.1 million contract set a 600-foot rubble-mound overlay scope with completion scheduled for winter 2026. That package has a different contractor and acceptance path from the 2026 award.

The August 2025 USACE record separates the completed 2,700-foot West Arrowhead work from the USD 9.1 million, 600-foot Outer West phase-one package. The April 2025 award notice provides the earlier contractor and rubble-mound overlay basis. Phase-two mobilisation and completion have not been reported.
