The DVIDS mirror repeats the same release. USACE Buffalo District's 29 May field video confirms mechanical dredging plant operating in Rocky River but does not establish measured quantity, completion of either placement route, final hydrography or acceptance. The May 2024 Work Plan release records earlier environmental coordination and sediment-sampling support for Rocky River; it is pre-construction planning context, not approval or performance evidence for the 2026 routes.
