King's Harbour Master notice 024/26 scheduled temporary-pontoon installation from 16 to 20 February and marine construction, including new pontoon installation and piling, from 23 February to 19 June, with diving throughout. Weather delayed the barge and temporary works into March. Plymouth later targeted permanent completion by late summer 2026. These dates do not establish accepted completion.
