01 | Call
Dates, eligibility and jury
The call identifies who and what may be entered, the documents required, the closing date and the appointed jurors.
IMWO Awards
The five award categories and their governing framework are published. The inaugural call has not opened, so IMWO is not accepting nominations and has not appointed a jury or selected any candidates or recipients.
Current status,
A dated call will be published here before entries are accepted. It will state the active categories, eligibility period, closing date, submission requirements and appointed jurors. Enquiries sent before that notice are not nominations.

The current framework defines what the awards recognise and how evidence and decisions will be treated.
01 | Call
The call identifies who and what may be entered, the documents required, the closing date and the appointed jurors.
02 | Entry
Each entry identifies the contribution being put forward, the responsible parties and the evidence that supports the claimed result.
03 | Screening
Programme administration checks each entry against the published eligibility, authority, consent and evidence requirements. This review does not score merit.
04 | Assessment
Eligible entries are assessed by non-conflicted jurors against the published scorecard. A category may conclude with no award.
05 | Result
Any recipient is published with a citation naming the recognised contribution and evidence basis. Corrections or withdrawal remain linked to that record.
At opening
There is no informal or paid route into the awards. The published call will be the only entry route.
A project record, article, event, membership or programme enquiry does not create a nomination. Until a call appears on this page, there are no authorised candidates, finalists or recipients in the inaugural cycle.
