Les Entreprises St Louis held a CAD 710,930 contract for 2025 harbour dredging and containment-cell reconfiguration. A later CanadaBuys award placed the CAD 5,094,275.75 king-pile wharf and shore-protection package with Mskikue'j Enterprises for 2026-27. The federal assessment fixes the principal geometry, including a 101 metre wharf stem, an 8.1 metre ell and 175 metres of revetment, but current official records do not prove mobilisation, accepted quantities or completion of either package.

The 2025 package covered harbour dredging, containment-cell material reconfiguration, a drainage swale, berm management, dewatering, surcharge, hydroseeding and site restoration. The structural package encapsulates end-of-life timber cribwork with a king-pile wall, retains lower cribwork in situ, drills steel H-piles into bedrock, installs precast panels and a cast-in-place deck, creates an 8.3 metre travel lane, reconnects electrical and lighting systems and rebuilds 175 metres of shore protection with geotextile, filter and armour stone.

The programme joins harbour-basin dredging, a pipeline disposal route, containment-cell operation, an operating fishing-harbour interface, wharf reconstruction, drilled piles, precast and in-situ concrete, rock logistics, electrical reinstatement and navigation controls. The public record does not identify the dredge, marine spread, disposal report, hydrographic acceptance survey, H-pile or precast suppliers, rock source, temporary berthing plan or structural inspection hold points.
Commercial evidence boundary
CAD 710,930 and CAD 5,094,275.75 are separate contract values. Their arithmetic sum is not a certified programme total because DFO's wider Budget 2024 description also names containment-cell upgrades and basin dredging without publishing a complete package or final-account ledger. The CAD 70 million federal announcement covers 18 New Brunswick harbours and cannot be allocated to Cap-des-Caissie.
