Amendment 001 adds CAD 143,750, exactly 1.15 times CAD 125,000; amendment 002 reports the resulting CAD 2,759,914 cumulative contract value, while Public Accounts later show CAD 2,399,925 amount contracted. This arithmetic is consistent with CanadaBuys including 15% HST and Public Accounts excluding it, but neither ledger should be relabelled beyond its official headings or added to the other. The CAD 274 difference between amount contracted and expenditure to date is not evidence of an open construction contract because the same official row marks the contract completed, but it does leave the final financial reconciliation unpublished.
