Contract route

Execution window

Commercial evidence boundary
Long-term LNG sales now cover 90% of the planned 9.6 mtpa capacity, but offtake does not demonstrate marine readiness. The project record still needs an accepted channel and berth, commissioned aids to navigation, final disposal and environmental close-out, and operating approval before the 2028 commercial target can be treated as an executable vessel-service date.
