Three World Bank contract records expose the delivery chain for Toamasina's Manangareza river-port station. ECH BTP holds the USD 1,272,815.07 works contract, while Bureau d'Etudes Da Vinci SARL and Cabinet d'Architecture A&C hold separate design and supervision appointments. Owner materials define one works lot and a passenger-goods operating concept, but they do not confirm notice to proceed, mobilisation, completed quantities or acceptance.

Two December 2025 contracts now define Dioro's riverbank and port-quay package. EKA SARL and Alternative BTP SA share the recorded Lot 1 supplier amount for cyclopean-concrete bank works, while SENO BTP holds Lot 2 for the central bank section and quay rehabilitation. Jorf Lasfar's multipurpose-terminal extension now has a visible design-to-construction chain. Tanger Med Engineering performed feasibility, manoeuvrability and preliminary design. Tectone later published the execution design for two block-quay extensions, a mooring dolphin and access bridge, naming its client as 'SOAMEGC SUD'. That printed name strongly points to marine contractor SOMAGEC SUD, but the Marsa Maroc award is still needed to confirm the legal entity and prime-contract role.

CVM has ordered a customised approximately 3,300 m³ Easydredge 2700XL for the maritime reach of the Congo River, with Vietnam construction and first-year maintenance, crewing and training support. That closes a fleet-investment gate. Publicly documented evidence currently covers the contract; yard progress, delivery, trained independent operation, a funded work programme and improved access to Boma and Matadi remain separate verification gates.
