Rayman Builders signed the USD 1.071 million Libertad Outfall dredging contract on 6 October 2023. The Philippines Commission on Audit identifies the same package as DPWH contract 22Z00033, records a PHP 60.833 million contract cost and lists PHP 60.665 million in construction in progress at 31 December 2024. A November-December 2025 World Bank mission reports that all eight DPWH dredging contracts were completed. That supports completed contract status for the group that includes Libertad, but it does not publish this package's measured volume, sediment destination, as-built geometry, hydraulic clearance or DPWH acceptance.

Maritime Constructions holds the AUD 1,756,143 PROPTA25042 design-and-construct award for a new ferry platform and gangway at Elizabeth Quay. Tenders WA confirms five submissions and an integrated scope from engineering and fabrication through installation, testing, commissioning and warranty, while commencement, expiry and field mobilisation remain unpublished.

Jetty and Marine Constructions holds the AUD 4,868,726 DOT411425 contract for two independent marine renewals: Woodman Point's four-lane western boat ramp and Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour's Jetty 1. A Transport WA marine notice confirms Woodman Point operations from 27 July 2026, but the Fremantle project page has not published an equivalent dated mobilisation event.
